With help of this software you can create WMP Skins.
This software doesn't require any language knowledge.
How to use:
Start From New Project.
You have to place image properly, remember to tick on ( i am using) checkbox.
Click on Build Code Then after click on View Skin.
Your skin is ready and installed.
This is Third release of software.
